Tomorrow we are deadlifting in class. Above is a video of powerlifting guru Mark Bell echoing a couple of the cues that your coaches tend to give you in class. He nails a couple key points that everyone should be focusing on while you go through this movement. While we are actually doing touch and go reps tomorrow, the cues in the video still apply. Make sure as you are going through each rep that you are in a good position before you pull the weight off the ground.

Performance
