Here at Studio 831 we aim to inspire Santa Cruz residents to live a healthy and active life through functional fitness. We’ve been established on the Westside of Santa Cruz for over 10 years, and in that time we’ve helped thousands of people reach their fitness goals, whether that be to lose weight, get better at your sport, or just stay active. And most importantly, we’ve helped them to have fun while doing it! Our members are as varied as the Santa Cruz community and include everyone from teachers and students to professional athletes, fire fighters, and military personnel. What brings us all together is our common desire to live an active life, to play sports, to hike, bike, swim, surf, ski, snowboard, and play with our friends and family. For us fitness is our life. All our personal training programs are tailored to the needs of the individual. We have a team of experienced and professional trainers ready to help you get started on achieving your goals.
Our Individual Design clients start with a comprehensive assessment to learn your goals, strengths, and points of improvement. From there we build out an individually designed fitness, nutrition, and lifestyle program to get you where you want to go.
Our CrossFit program is designed to be adaptable to all levels and in any given class you may find members that have been with us for 10 years working out alongside members in their first week. The difficulty and intensity of each workout can be adjusted based on the experience and goals of each participant.
